Summary
Martha opened the door of her home to Jesus and His disciples in anticipation of what could happen. She recognized the opportunity and went for it. Yet, her sister, Mary, seemed to understand the unique moment even better and sat at Jesus feet listening, resting, while Martha was distracted and hurried serving everyone.
At the start of a new season, do we recognize the moment set before us, and do we set the right priorities?
