THE ALTAR: Two-day Worship Intensive
Friday 5 - Saturday 6 July
De Bloeiplaats Modern Day Monastery, Groningen
The Altar will be exploring the broader message of what it means to live a life of worship. More than just a technical 'worship school,' we sense an invitation from the Lord to be renewed in our first love and undivided pursuit of Jesus. We’ll be talking through corporate questions of building an altar to the Lord: what does that mean in our personal lives and wider ministries, and how do we do it? We'll be spending time each morning and evening seeking the Lord through worship and prayer, encountering Him and allowing His presence to mark us.
“Breakout sessions” and smaller workshops each afternoon will also equip us on different topics, such as Worship & Prayer, Musicians and Singers Workshop (how to grow in our giftings, with skill and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit), a Worship Panel Q&A hearing from different leaders. Exact workshop topics and event schedule can be found on the Eventbrite page, but this gives an idea already.
